خطأ في كود ممكن مساعدة ؟

السلام عليكم
اسعد الله اوقاتكم بكل خير

شباب عندي كود حاطه في العناصر المستقله
وهو عبار عن كود تسجيل الدخول وامور اخرى

الكود شغال وتعبت صراحه في تجهيزة لاني ماعندي خبرة بالاكواد

المشكله انه بعد تسجيل اسم المستخدم وكلمه المرور اجي اضغط على زر الدخول

خطأ في كود ممكن مساعدة ؟ Scasdc10

الزر مايشتغل ! ؟

يعني اضغط اضغط ولا يحصل شيء !

ممكن من الخبراء معاينه الكود وتصليحه

اتمنى ان يكون سعل التعديل
