اضافة زر الصفحة التالية و الصفحة السابقة في نسخة الجوال

السلام عليكم
اريد اضافة أزرار "الموضوع التالي" و "الموضوع السابق" في نسخة الجوال
(لأنها تظهر في نسخة الكمبيوتر و لا تظهر في نسخة الجوال)

و اذا أمكن جعلها بخلفية لتظهر كأنها زر (مثل ازرار موضوع جديد و اضافة رد)
